Nurelevate LLC provides outpatient psychiatric care. Our practice is not a crisis center and is not equipped to handle acute, life-threatening psychiatric emergencies. If you or a loved one are in immediate danger, please dial **988** for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or visit the nearest emergency room.

## Scope of Practice

Services offered through Nurelevate are limited to comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management delivered by board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) via secure telehealth to residents of Florida.
